We ask that you welcome and treat your caregiver as part of your family. It is important that they your caregiver feel comfortable to provide the best service.

2) Please respect your caregiver.
The caregiver’s duty is to take care of the newborn and the new mother to their fullest ability.

We kindly ask that the family members do not call the caregiver “Ajumma” but address her as Ms./Mrs. ____.

4) Acknowledge their job so they can care with the fullest capability.
Caregivers are expected to fulfill only required services. We ask that the family does not ask the caregiver to provide services extraneous to taking care of the new mother and the newborn baby. The services not provided by the agency include: balcony dusting, living room cleaning, bathroom scrubbing, laundry for the whole household, entire house cleaning, etc.

5) DO NOT ask for medical treatments.
Caregivers are not licensed nurses. Please do not ask your caregiver for any medical treatment or operation.

Caregivers are educated in general moral conduct. Nonetheless, we ask that you safeguard your personal valuables to avoid any miscommunications.

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to working with you.
